The two structures are 15,000 square feet of office space, 15,000 square feet of retail floor and 15 luxury apartments. Architectural accents include stone rotundas, arched arcades and a hip roof. Also featured are cast iron railings, cornice trim, and a stone base on this two and a half story structure.
