Luther Towers I and II are assisted living conversions of the first, second, and third floors of existing senior housing buildings. The renovation of the first floor includes new kitchen and dining facilities, renovated lounges and multi-purpose space. The second and third floors are residential apartment renovations which include making the apartments accessible and upgrade the finishes. For Luther Towers I, the exterior renovations include a new entrance and the addition of a new, code compliant elevator. A seating area with benches and a gazebo was added to Luther Towers II.
