Design Collaborative, Inc. prepared plans for the enhancement of what is known in Wilmington, DE as Little Italy. DCI was a liason for Urban Engineers with the Little Italy Merchants Association for the design of a gateway feature for 4th and Lincoln Streets. Depicted are features created by DCI in keeping with the Little Italy Merchants Association's effort to revitalize and easily identify the core of this community.
