DCI designed a replica of an original Life Saving Station. It was constructed near the beach in Dewey Beach, DE. It is used for town meetings, lifeguard equipment storage and more. DCI recreated the original structure based upon photographs and the remains of the original building, which has been moved to another location. The Dewey Beach Life Saving Station is one example of DCI’s interest in and success with projects of historical significance.
