With the support of the Church Home Foundation, DCI was responsible for the design, construction documentation and construction administration for the conversion of this historic structure into an assisted living facility. Materials used for this Norman Tudor style building consist of stone, wood and stucco. The facility houses 22 bedrooms, community space, dining room, kitchen, solarium, medical treatment rooms and a large two-way fireplace, situated between the lobby and a sitting lounge.
