Located on Route 202, this project showcases DCI’s expertise in designing office/operations centers that combine the utmost in form and function. When completed, this 4 story structure housed sophisticated computer equipment that required specific measures to ensure successful performance and security. As a necessity, increased electrical capability, variable air cooling systems, electronic security, disaster back-up measures and pedestal platforming under floor cable networks were incorporated. Occupied within a year of groundbreaking ceremonies, this project features an attractive mezzanine and towering atrium lobby. Wide, thermally efficient windows allow personnel to enjoy the outdoors.
