The Christiana Fashion Center is a new retail center located in Newark, DE. This project will consist of new buildings of 110,000; 95,000; 95,000; 100,000; 60,000 square feet as well as multiple, smaller buildings and pad sites. This center will contain retail, entertainment and restaurant tenants including Saks, Nordstrom, Brooks Brothers, Ulta, Buy Buy Baby, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Marshalls and more. DCI will provide the architectural and engineering services for the building shells as well as much of the tenant fit-out work.
