DCI worked with the Anderson Creek Partnership and the Davis Love Design Group in the development of the Anderson Creek Golf Course Club House and the community guardhouse. The club house features a pro shop, lounges, snack bar, library, sales area and golf cart storage. The guard house was designed to compliment the club house. The clubhouse project is 11,000 square feet of new construction. DCI was responsible for all phases of this project, from the initial schematic design and design development through construction administration for both the club house and guard house facilities.
