Since 1979, DCI has been providing architecture and planning services to the Delaware and eastern Pennsylvania communities. Driven by a desire to add value to their clients, founding Principals Joe Chickadel and Lee Sparks have developed and cultivated a firm whose core values are centered on collaboration, innovation, quality and value. Principals John Dobraniecki and Rosalyn Keesee share these core values, ensuring a continuation of this tradition through all phases of a project.
Collaboration: At DCI, we value the distinctive perspective each person brings to a project. By collaborating with the owner, municipal officials, and other stakeholders, we are able to reach consensus more quickly with a unique plan that is responsive to the project’s specific needs.
Innovation: We don’t believe in cut-and-paste solutions. Each problem deserves its own, individual answer. We draw upon our vast and varied experience within the firm to find creative solutions to each problem.
Quality: We take pride in our work and endeavor to deliver the highest quality possible. We pay attention to the small details of a project without losing sight of the big picture. We strive to deliver this quality in all phases of a project – whether it is an initial feasibility study or fully developed construction documents – regardless of the project’s size and scope.
Value: Our goal is to provide our clients with quality work at a reasonable rate. We work efficiently, keeping in mind our client’s objective and goals. We monitor the project’s schedule and budget throughout the project and are willing to go the extra mile when needed.
These core values are applied to each phase of every project – from initial programming and conceptual studies to complete construction documentation; and construction administration through final occupancy.
